CELIMO truck tyre construction is designed with an emphasis on high load capacity, resistance to damage and repeated retreading. Modern automated production lines and materials from global suppliers are used in manufacturing.
01All-steel casing
The carcass is formed by a dense network of high-strength steel cords supplied by Bekaert.
- Stable shape under high loads and motorway temperatures.
- A foundation for regrooving and hot or cold retreading.
02Reinforced bead
A reinforced steel core provides a firm tyre fit on the wheel rim.
- Protection against unseating.
- Nylon and rubber layers limit damage during fitting and removal.
03Multi-layer belt package
Three to four steel belt layers are positioned beneath the tread.
- They help protect the carcass against penetration.
- They distribute pressure evenly and limit irregular shoulder wear.

Global certification: The tyres meet global and European standards including ISO 9001, ECE (E-mark) and DOT.
100% final inspection: Every tyre undergoes X-ray testing and laser shearography before leaving the factory, minimising the risk of manufacturing defects.
